U16s vs Dungannon 

Our U16s travelled to Dungannon for their opening Armagh U16 league fixture of the year on Wednesday past. In what was a tight contest Craobh Rua lead by 4 points at the break. With the loss of some of the older players through injury a lot of the younger boys stud up and lead from the front.  

In the final minutes of the game the two teams traded scores with Dungannon ahead by a single point - Craobh Rua were on the attack and ready to equalise when the final whistle went - a draw would have been a fair result but the younger lads on the panel will take a lot of heart from their performance. 
Craobh Rua got most of their scores from play, with a final tally of 1.17, testament to the work being put in by the lads at training.

Training continues Wednesdays 6:30 to 8pm and Fridays 6:30 to 8pm
