The Craobh Rua U16s have had a busy week of it, starting with a Tain Og Final in Carrickmacross.
Having ended joint top of the Tain Og Division 2 table with Carrickmacross the two team went into the final evenly match. The two teams played out a very entertaining draw in Camloch during the round robin and the final didn’t disappoint either. Unfortunately for Craobh Rua we lost out in the end by a point but it was a terrific contest against two well match teams. Congratulations to Carrickmacross on their win.
On Wednesday we welcomed Keady to Craobh Rua for Round 3 of the Armagh U16 League. The teams traded some great scores throughout with some excellent passages of play. In the end Craobh Rua won the game on a scoreline of 3-14 to 3-10.
Training continues for under 16s and minors on Friday evening at 6:30-8.00pm.
