A big thank you to Killeavy for hosting today’s Féile fixtures and to referee Paul Boylan for officiating.
Our boys put in a tremendous effort across both games, showing great determination and teamwork throughout the day.
In the opening match against Cuchulainns, we delivered a mighty first-half performance and were deservedly level at the break. Unfortunately, a few wides and some excellent saves from their goalkeeper in the second half allowed them to edge ahead, finishing five points in front.
The second game against Killeavy saw a strong response from our lads, with a composed and confident display leading to a comfortable win. This result means we now progress to the Féile Shield Final, which will take place in a couple of weeks.
Well done to all the boys who played today—you did yourselves and the club proud. Thanks also to everyone who helped out and supported the team.
