Our U16s welcomed Liatroim Fontenoys for a challenge match in scorching conditions, with both teams producing a fantastic game of hurling.
The first half was closely contested, with excellent passing, skill and teamwork on display. Craobh Rua held a narrow lead at the break after a very competitive opening 30 minutes.
The second half was played at a relentless pace despite the heat. Craobh Rua battled hard, took some excellent scores and showed great determination to pull away and secure a well-deserved victory.
