Craobh Rua Minors came out on top following a competitive and entertaining contest against North Armagh, securing a well-earned four-point victory.

There were some excellent passages of play throughout the game, with both teams moving the ball well and producing a number of finely worked scores. It was a proper contest between two good sides, with neither team giving an inch as they battled it out from beginning to end.

Thomas Murphy was steady throughout in the Craobh Rua goal, providing assurance behind the defence. Caolan Powell delivered a strong performance from wing half-back and contributed some fine scores, while Eoin Mallon also made a telling impact from wing half-forward with several excellent scores.

At full-forward, Jack Cunningham provided an important platform for the Craobh Rua attack. His ability to win possession and bring others into the game gave the team a strong focal point, and he capped his performance with some great scores of his own.
